The tandom jump was HAHO training with uncertified members of DEVGRU. IIRC, this is how the member of DEVGRU died about a year ago out in the grand canyon.  So that explains the two fatalities in one jump. I know a lot of people who were coming up with all sorts of insane conspiracies about that accident. |

The interesting thing is that Shrek graduated Army Sniper School before joining Delta, and while in Delta went on several singleton missions. He is also a World Champion Jui-Jitsu heavyweight. A bad mother fucker that I wouldn't want to mess with.

When they deploy they can't even tell their family what country they're going to - even years afterwards. They don't have the same protections that the military guys have when overseas. I would have a hard time believing one of those guys is an actual SAD/SOG career employee. If so, then I'm sure someone got in trouble over that photo. |

Several of the SAD guys that worked on that op have written about it (as have military guys and journalists), with Gary Bernstein being the most famous. |
