Hit a wall today on bench.
The 8 reps on certain exercises for my long arms to my chest are not fun.
My bench this am was horrendous. 4 x 8 at 135 lbs, but I only made it to 5 reps on set 2, 4 on set 3 and 2 on set 4.
I was able to do 4 sets of 4 at 145 on Monday with a little bit of struggle at the end.
I think I am overdoing it by also having 4 sets if 8 reps on my trip dips, as my trips were exhausted doing the bench.
I dropped the tri dip today. See if that helps for Friday.
