How dare a State Agency prohibit its officers from using a potentially defective product! I mean god forbid one of them gets into a scuffle with a suspect and that weapon goes off while it’s in a holster and a bullet end striking the officer, another officer, the suspect, or a bystander. Even worse is that suspect or bystander is of a particular “protected class”. Can you imagine the public outcry. Regardless of the circumstances, that Officer that is forced to carry that defective weapon will be guilty and will most likely spend most of his/her life behind bars and whatever community he/she serves will be burning before the trial by media even begins! How dare an LEO agency try to prevent that! Seriously Sig!? WTF!? |
