They can vote. First they have to legally emigrate here, then become a citizen. Once they have done that they will have the same rights to vote as any other citizen. Until then, they can FOAD if they think they are going to get a vote.

Well, as much as I want to flat-out say "fuck no," I'd be willing to accept it if and only if they, after voting amongst themselves with a clear and definite (at least 66%) majority, give up their own government and sovereignty and become a US territory, to pay taxes to our nation, to become subject to our laws, and to rewrite their laws with regard to our Constitution.
