A huge massacre was prevented by the presence of that wheel gun. Incredible that there was the presence of mind of the victim's husband to toss the gun to someone who would use it effectively. I wish that the fuckwad had been DRT. |

This monster may claim to be Christian but his acts fly in the face of Jesus Christ's teachings. I don't see how somebody who is truly saved turn around murder innocent people. The Kaye family, Rabbi Yisroel Goldstein, Noya Dahan, Almog Peretz, the Chabad of Poway congregation and Drsalee and his family will be in my prayers.

I believe he will, he is a man of his word. I wanted to sleep at His house last night, but he wanted privacy and I respected that. I left my MIL over there with the daughter and Loris sister also stayed the night. The funeral will probably be today or tomorrow, depending on when the ME releases Lori’s body. |

Thank you for the update. I am terribly sorry. There is a fight brewing over this and you know the narrative the press is going to spin. Should you choose to enter that fray, this is the result of identitarian politics, not nationalism. The progressives carved up people based upon their race and ethnic identities with the calculated assessment that if they just demonized white men, they would win the rest of the elections with the non-white man vote. Well, that is a double edged sword and now your friend is dead because the identity politics that killed millions in the 20th century is still being used for political power today.

You , anonymous friends, have given me strength. I find it cathartic to post things and I sincerely appreciate all the responses. I try to find some wisdom or message to pass to my own family.......other than learn to shoot back.....but I just don’t know what it is. My family is very very upset. My wife has buried herself in the intricacies of organizing, arranging things, that’s how she copes. She is very good at that kinda stuff. Me, and the kids .....we are just trying to be there for each other. We were at the hospital for many many hours yesterday, and I have to give credit to the counselors and mental health staff they had at the hospital. They, literally, had a small army of folks available to those grieving. It was very helpful and those folks have a job I certainly would never want to do and I was glad they were there . They were immensely helpful. Nobody in my family wanted to be alone last night, so we set up cots in the family room and we all slept on the couch , chairs and cots. I haven’t heard from Rabbi Goldstein, I am sure I will, I have been pals with him for 30 years . I have heard he lost a few fingers. That guy will be fine. He is a dynamo and he has more moxie in the debris collected under the fingernail of his little finger than this piece of excrement who shot him has in his whole body. The sick irony with this shitbag, Goldstein is SUCH a dynamic dynamo, I am absolutely certain, that Chabad of Poway will be made much stronger and larger as a result of this. Additionally, Goldstein is also very, very conservative. He is firmly and unequivocally on our team, and he has been for as long as I’ve known him.......or I would never have hung around as long as I did. |

Having read the manifesto, I don't think he targeted the only consistently conservative jewish group on purpose, but he would have to make the point if he had the brains to notice.
His anger wasn't directed at progressive, secular jews. It was all jews, by blood. He openly supported Hitler. The only group uniformly hated by everyone who would want to kill us is politically conservative jews. This won't be the last attack, unfortunately. You don't want to see what is brewing on the thread on the NYT's cartoon with Netanyahu and Trump. Half can't see it as hating jews, the other half do and don't care.
