View Quote Yeah, these are some choice dogs. Really great temperament and very friendly. They were loving the attention they got today If I had the room and didn't already have three dogs, I'd have been sorely tempted to become a dog horder. |

Thanks. I'm a weirdo that likes hounds. I've had coonhounds before but I've downsized to beagles. I had 3 but I'm down to two (old age took Blue from me). I'm bandying about the idea - if I can really afford another dog at this moment. I have a big yard and a big doggy door from when I had a greyhound though. I'll bet when she fills out she would be about 70 or so pounds. Maybe more if I had her, hounds like to eat. |

Give me the deets on Stevie/Lima. My dog needs a pal to run 200 acres of farm. Is she good with cats? My dog is 28# and she doesn’t look that much bigger. She has “take me home and love me” eyes.

Stevie is great with other dogs, and is at shy first, but once warms up is loyal. I remember her. No idea on cats, but if you're interested, I have a volunteer cat who thinks he's a dog and we can see how it goes. Just got these pics from Jordan. Attached File Attached File Attached File |

Wife and I will discuss further this afternoon when she gets home. She wants to fence in the backyard (own 2 lots in town) so the dogs can run and I plan on spending a lot of this summer at the farm in our camper so the dogs can run and hopefully not chase the cattle.

Putting this here too for visibility.
We need to get TK to points south of Nashville. The closer to AL the better. Looking to launch TK's freedom ride Wednesday or Thursday as palmetto is off work can is flexible. Volunteer needed: Demossville Ky for TK pickup and a run south into TN. If you can't make it south of Nashville let me know where you can and I'll try to get someone in place for another leg. |

@anothermisanthrope Would you happen to know the age of Stevie? Go ahead and introduce the cat and see how they interact. If it goes well it sounds like we’ll take her.

I met Stevie previously. He was with Mark when I got my Sabrina from him. He's a sweet dog, and was really happy to meet me that day. Please give him a good home. |

With Mark -briefly- out of the process this is probably a difficult question:
Any of those medium-ish dogs have an especially mild personality? We're worried about jumping on an elderly member of the family here... Sadie maybe? |

A couple of the smaller guys are true sweeties as well. |

Honestly, most of them seem pretty mild tempered. They're kind of starved for human contact right now and a few of them stood up on my thigh to get some attention, but there weren't any aggressive jumpers.
I can see if I can get more of an idea of Sadie tomorrow. |

I'm good for transport from FL-GA border on I-95 to Ft. Pierce/Stuart area.
Can't take a dog though- life is in the way. |

I'm going to be driving from here through Cincinnati and back to Eastern PA. If anyone wants me to transport a dog along that route, let me know.

Many beautiful sweet pups here. They'll all be great friends for good people.

Posted in the other thread, but I’ll add it here:
After this evening, I am free for the next 5 days. I am in Kansas, but am willing to drive just about anywhere to help. Please let me know if I can be of assistance. ETA: I should be able to do the complete transportation of a dog in that time frame, no problem. ETAA: I have spoken with the higher-ups of the operation. Things are happening. |

Cash is a very sharp dog, and he is a leaner. He will push against you for attention.
Jake is as happy as he looks in the pictures, another great dog. Come on folks, step up and adopt a great dog! |

If someone is able to take-in one of these pups, I will pick them up and take them to you.
|
|
Hell yeah. Whoever adopts the next one has transport lined up already. Commit and red-stater has your back!
Buy him a dinner when you meet him though. That’s a gracious offer |

Just talked to Jordan and she is having issues replying to messages on ARFCOM but said there is no prob providing her contact number to anyone interested in helping. I offered to contact local rescues to see if any dogs can be taken in which I will be doing once I get the pictures of the dogs that are still in need of homes/fosters and anyone else can do the same.
Once I get them or anyone else does try to update as many threads as you can. Maybe update the OP with the pictures of the dogs that still need help? |

Is Boone/alpha available? Age? Guessing male? Also assuming these dogs are all good with other dogs? We have two already.

Boone is an older dog, very loving. Get along with other dogs, been living happily with 25 others. Not sure if available still, but a nice pup. |

Is Foxtrot from page 2 available? Any more information? We have 2 dogs currently and are thinking we could add a third.
