Often there are all sorts of infractions that a person gets that have a very minor penalties and hence are easy to shrug off. Then finally something is the straw that breaks the camel's back and the penalty is very harsh. But it almost needs to be to offset the message sent by all the too soft penalties. For this girl, I bet she has had many episodes where there was just a slap on the wrist and needed a rude awakening. What really should have happened was a more middle-ground penalty the first time, and there probably wouldn't have been a 2nd through 15th. |

My local paper had bikini picks of her, very nice. The report er went to her condo..and she was having a party ...he said she didn't seem to care about the driver and blamed it all on her friends making her drink.
