That would be a great start.  Rather RUNS the entire CBS news program.  NO major story makes it on the air without his ok and he ensures that the news gets the slant he wants.

Problem is that he is only the lead asshole.  They ALL THINK AND OPERATE ALIKE!  Read Bernie Goldberg's two books, "Bias" and "Arrogance".  They both make the case that the New York based newsies are all still clueless and they will NEVER change until they implode.

They just don't get it...they see the (Fox) train coming but because of their partisan biases, they can't bring themselves to change.

If the major networks really wanted to change, they would diversify their staffs to include conservatives, libertarians, midwesterners, southerners, anti-abortionists, Christians, gun-nuts and NASCAR fans.  Instead, they are what they are:  A bunch of effete New York liberals who sit around all day harrumphing with their pals in academia and in Congress, how we are all nothing but a bunch of knuckly dragging Neanderthals.

Screw CBS.  Liberalism is dying and they are part of it.
