I learned this when I saw ETH type out and post his prayer on a different prayer thread, so I'm going to do it here:

Lord, I ask that You would hear Your servants' prayers, and remove Your Hand from against Andrew. I pray that You would turn Your Face toward him, and shine Your Mercy on him. Reveal Your Glory in his life by blessing him with a safe stay, prompt healing, and a speedy recovery. Make his life a testimony to Your Grace and Mercy, based on a Godly foundation of Your Blessings and Faithfulness in his life. May Your Glory be known and Your Name be blessed. Amen.

I know firsthand what a helpless feeling it can be when the wee ones are ill. My prayers and best wishes to little Andrew and the whole family.

Update:

Andrew is recovering just fine. The swelling has gone down and the redness is also going down. He is spending another night in the hospital just to be sure, but we expect him to be home soon.

I just wanted to thank all of you for your kind response and prayers. As usual, God heard and answered.

I thank Him for my friends at AR15.com.

And I give Him all the Glory.

Psalm 50:15 And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me.
