MSP Groza Two shot 7.62 x 39 derringer, developed as a silent pistol for the KGB in the Soviet Union. Designed for a specialized cartridge which used a captive piston to propel the projectile forward when fired. No muzzle report. Heizer defense also makes a modern single chamber model of a x 39 derringer.

Not my picture but I still have some of these. One of the most accurate smooth bore 12 gauge slugs ever produced. FYI if any of you have these I'd be interested in buying.
