DU is super butthurt over it. It was "very offensive" according to those pieces of fucking shit. A private company using tax dollars to make an advertisement that talks about God to sell trucks could be considered offensive. |

Paul Harvey died February 28. 2009. I've always thought his passing marked the end of an era and the beginning of another, lesser, time.
I missing hearing his perspective now, but part of me is glad he didn't have to witness what is happening to his beloved country. |

He could make any topic interesting. He would be saddened if he were still with us. He truely is in a better place. |

it was a great ad, just looked it up on the net, sent it to my sister and brother in law who have a small, horse raising farm.

Too bad Chrysler's vehicles aren't half as good as their commercials.

Admit it......you thought there was going to be a Chevy at the end of it, didn't you.
from a guy who is driving a 13 year old Ram right now.

2011- Eminem's "Imported from Detroit"
2012- Clint Eastwood's "Halftime in America" 2013- Jeep/USO and Farmer ad Damn... the Chrysler group has been KILLING it with Super Bowl ads for a few years now. I know its a bailed out piece of shit, but I still REALLY want a 2 door Wrangler Rubicon... |

Taxes are crushing small farmers and ranchers. And people here are moved by a commercial paid for with tax money that uses a story of God creating farmers to sell a truck. |

The ram commercial disappointed me, it was just a slideshow of pics.

I agree. The photography was exceptional.
Next was the Bud Clydesdales followed by the Benz/Satan Those were my top three |

As a farmer I don't think I've ever felt so proud. Farmers here too. Kinda nice to be looked at in a positive note once, instead of as part of the problem. Paul Harvey did one on policemen once that just as good. I admit to bias there as well - my son & my nephew are deputy sheriffs. |

Roger that....and the girls had to watch the Clydesdales 3X bawling their eyes out..... Oh the joy of living with a house full of women.

Great commercial but I told my wife a farmer would be driving a 20 year old truck and not a new one

good commercial but horrible advertising....
Though honestly I did not know Dodge was still in business I really dont get advertising.... Why does M&Ms, coke and pepsi advertise.... either you like it an buy it or you dont.... |

Dodge. Bailout. Your money paid for that commercial. I'm glad you liked it. Herp. Economics, derp. ETA: Not a farmer or even close to or related to any farming activities. Favorite one was the Clydesdales. |
