People on our side who are advocating violence aren't just acting foolishly; they're literally inviting the man into their life in this political environment. The pot-stirrers have always peaked before elections. Some vetting, limited new free memberships or a blackout window on free memberships in the X months before an election might be an approach. In terms of vetting, I think there are a lot of things you could do. Obviously getting the nod from long time members in good standing is one way. Membership in a pro-gun group, or a competitive shooting sport would be another. A number of FB groups for shooting that I'm involved in look at your likes and other group memberships before letting you in. Yep The Fifth Column worked inside our own system to subvert it. |

Back in the day, our government busted monopolies. Standard Oil all the way to AT&T. At this point, the Media, in all of its manifestations, needs to be busted. What's next, a "Internet ID" card that is "verified" by the govt? Or, maybe two suits and a home visit just to verify a State issued ID?
