Show me one person that has been convicted of assault weapons violations alone. I doubt anybody convicted of anything with the AWB violations lumped in even got close to that.
And again, do you really think the BATFE is going to waste their time aprehending and charging a person with a crime that violates a non existant law by the time they take them into custody and charge them? The ATF has already stated there have only ever been a miniscule number of cases where a person was charged with AWB violations. |
