Michigan.....full of libs (Detroit), but absolutly beuatiful.
Texas........Need I say more? Arizona.....I was stationed at FT Huachuca for a bit, I loved it there. Would go back in a heartbeat Nebraska...Kind of off the radar, lots of like minded people here, and western Nebraska is awesome. Oklahoma...The whole "Red state/Blue State thing" |
I haven't been to or through a lot of states but I'll have to go with:
Missouri- my lifelong home and the only swing state to not vote Obama. We are pretty much free in the world of firearms too. Texas Alaska - still untouched by many Florida - great vacationing Tie Montana/Colorado least favorite 5? California new York Massachusetts Illinois Indiana People from Indiana are wierd. The other four have helped get us where we are now with their welfare and politicans. |
Canada
Puerto Rico Guam American Samoa Northern Mariana Islands |
Mississippi (coast specifically, gotta represent)
Tennessee (East Tenn preferably) Alabama (I like North Alabama where my parents moved) and I love South of Mobile) Florida (most is to crowded really, so Mexico beach area) Alaska (amazing place) When I win the lotto I will have a compound in East Tennessee or North Alabama and in Alaska |
TEXAS - Hope to die here.
Utah - Born there. Colorado - Vacation there. California - Only to visit. Louisiana - Texas' sister state - Vacation there |
1. Indiana
2. Kentucky 3. South Carolina 4. Indiana 5. Indiana |
Lots of love for Wyoming in here.
Wyoming Colorado New York South Dakota Maryland (I'm a sucker for crab cakes.) |
Idaho
Arizona New Mexico Texas Montana Nevada okay, so I needed six. And you'll notice my current state is not on my list. |
1) Indiana(worked there for a few months, would move back given the chance
2) Minnesota(vacationed there, would move there given the chance) 3) Michigan(I know quite a few MI ARFCOMMERS) 4) Nebraska(sister went to school there, beautiful state with great people, not to mention awesome college football) 5) Wisconsin(great state to visit and camp in) (In NO particular order.) |
Not in any particular order;
Alaska Pennsylvania Florida Virginia Montana |
Tennessee
Texas Alabama Hawaii and a tie between West Virginia and Nebraska |
AL
TN KY GA TX TN and KY are absolutely beautiful. AL and GA are the friendliest places on earth. TX because it's Texas |
In no particular order (except alphabetical), and having been to 45/50 and lived in 11 of them:
Colorado Maine Montana Tennessee Texas |
Quoted: California New Jersey New York Connecticut Massachusetts This is hilarious. Your Top 5 list is exactly the same as mine. Except that it's my WORST 5 states list. |
New York
Hawaii Oregon I really don't like any of the other states I've lived in or visited. There are some states that I would like to visit in the future though. |
Colorado- Lived at 10,000ft, came to Georgia, and regret it every day
Montana- A close family friend has horses, a place just outside of Glacier National Park, next to a lake, and he shoots off the back porch whenever he wants. Arizona Idaho Alaska- I need an excuse to justify a 45-70. I need mountains and/or wide open spaces. I'm about go crazy down here in SE Georgia, too hot and too flat. And unlike the plains or deserts, the trees block your sight so you can't see anything beyond the side of the road. |
Politics aside:
1. Oklahoma - Born and raised here; friendly people 2. Texas - We only hate them in college football 3. Massachusetts - Lots of history here, Boston, Plymouth, etc. 4. Maryland - Fiancee is from here. Pretty and people in her neck of the woods (around Frederick) were quite friendly. 5. Colorado - Lots to do outdoors |
Texas
Calif Hawaii Probably Wyoming/Montana/Dakotas/Maine/NH Canada |
The states of:
1. Ecstacy 2. Arousal 3. Intoxication 4. Shock 5. Bliss |
FL
TN NY NJ NC Yeah, people bash NY/NJ, but anytime I've gone, the people were 100% nice, the food was top-notch, and I saw plenty of great things. |
Wyoming
Nebraska (the western two-thirds) Never felt more at home than I did in my six years in Sheridan, Wyo. |
Of the states that I have visited
West Virginia Arizona Colorado New Mexico Maine Also #6 Utah |
