I listened to the message on his phone this afternoon and there WAS a man in a suit looking for him at work this morning. Wednesday is his golfing morning off and he wasnt here.
It most definitely is the FBI.
He called me right away cause I warned him this might happen when I read the original story a few months back.
He was pretty upset and worried when he got the message but the info here has calmed him down. He was worried that he had done something wrong.
He's just gonna let them have the gun for testing. I'll let you know what happens.

A prudent man, with a green card, who likes his life like it is, and is not prepared or willing to have it drastically changed, will hand over the gun with no BS.

I think the green card is a significant piece of judgement reasoning here. If he was born here and was unable to be sent where he came from, thats one thing. But with a wife & kids, and the  Fed ability to make life rough on him, even deportable over some bs, it may not be worth it in his world.
