20mm is cool and all. but today i was at work and saw an A-10 flying over doing runs on the avon park bombing range.... i could hear that 30mm cannon miles away.. i thikn i want a 30mm rifle please.

Didn't you see the first Star Trek Movie?  We better shoot down Voyager 1 and 2 now while we have the chance.  I'm not sure how much you would lead them out near Pluto's orbital radius, though.

IIRC, the Finn had a semi-auto 20mm anti-tank rifle they used in WWII. Suomi? You can see them at some MG shoots and they used to sell them pretty cheap in the 1960's I think.

there is the Solothurn and the Lahti, both of which are NFA weapons down there.....


they also take an older style of 20mm cartridge, not entirely sure you can get it in the US anymore (somethign about importation) even getting it up here is hard (the ball, I find HE kicking around occasionally )

2 things cross my mine while watching that video... go back and watch the video again. That gun weights a ton and watch how far it pushes him back with the recoil....WOW no thanks, and second... I wonder what the MOA on that thing is????

What kind of penetration of steel does 20mm have?

Iran has a lot of BMPs. BMPs do not have very thick armor-a .50 will penetrate it at under 200 yards.
