The American Pioneer Corps Website. The American Pioneer Corps Instagram. Lastly, for special courses (typically a pilot course to determine feasibility of offering a regular given course in the future), word of mouth and special invitation by email or text to people who have previously completed an event or course with APC. There is also always the possibility of scheduling a private course on your own timeline, though such courses may be cheap but not free if they are not open to the public. For example, we have taught a boat school to a group of 18 local search and rescue team members on the east coast for which we charged $35 dollars each. The same course was offered several other places for 700 to 1200 dollars. |

People get hurt in the .mil from rucking a lot with too much weight. 35lbs is a very light ruck, and shouldn't hurt you even if you walked every day with that weight provided you work up to it. Start less if you need to. |

Start less if you need to. 35 lbs is "light". My body armor and flight vest with ammo weighed 65 lbs in Afghanistan. And I wonder why my back and neck is messed up. |
