He has passed many of his top agenda items and worked tirelessly to get
the economy back on track. Republican obstructionism is the only reason
he hasn't been able to do more.

B. He has successfully tackled big problems, although he has made some mistakes – especially when it comes to the economy.

His administration has failed to communicate well with the American
people, and he seems out of touch, even when he achieves positive
