Decided to do 150 tonight to get a jump on my day tomorrow.

Heading out of town for a day trip so my plan is to do 200 pushups tomorrow.  100 in the morning, and 100 in the evening.

First set tonight at 1840.  0:42.
2nd at 1847.  0:41.
3rd at 1856.  0:40.

2900 YTD.

Was able to knock out 10 sets of 30 push ups throughout the day at work, and then a 4 mile walk with 25 reps every 1/2 mile for a total of 500 today.

Unfortunately I was not able to get in a work out.

Today's objective: 5 sets of 60 pushups every 5-7 minutes.

First set at 1610.  65 reps in 0:53.
2nd set at 1615.  65 reps in 0:59.
3rd set at 1621.  60 reps in 0:57.
4th set at 1628.  60 reps in 0:46.
5th set at 1634.  50 reps in 0:40.

Pullups next.

First set of 10 at 1640.  Shoulder width grip overhand.
2nd set of 10 at 1645.  Close grip underhand.
3rd set of 10 at 1650.  Parallel bars.
4th set of 10 at 1655.  Single parallel bar with baseball grip.

Done with close grip, shoulder width, parallel bars, and single bar parallel.

First set at 1459.  15 reps.

2nd set at 1505.  Close grip underhand.  15 reps.

3rd set at 1510.  Baseball grip on a single bar.  Alternating pullups at both left and right sides of the bar.  10 reps.

4th set at 1515.  10 reps shoulder width grip.

Been using one for years. They use leverage to anchor the bar.

I alternate weeks doing bodyweight pull ups, and pull ups with a 35lb vest.

I do 50 every hour from 8-5 M-SAT  or M-F .... been doing it for years......I pace myself... i am lucky that where I work I can just go to the bathroom or go back in the break room and pump out my 50 each hour  throughout the day each hour....takes about a minute or so.....

Hectic day at work but was able to squeeze in my 300 reps throughout the day, 10 sets of 30.

I was beat when I got home and didn't really want to do anything else but I went ahead and knocked out 50 pull ups, 100 dips and a quick ab workout just so some random guys on the Internet don't think i'm a pussy.

My job is really starting to get in the way of my personal fitness goals.

I havent checked in for a few days, but still grinding. Settling in to a routine of 210/day. I'll be passing 2k YTD this afternoon.

I've been doing 7x30/day for 210, starting tomorrow I'm going to move up a bit to 7x35 for 245/day.

I made it into the gym around 1530 today and hit the sauna to warm and loosen up before working out.

Started pushups at 1605 and completed 300 by 1631.
