If this is a barrel, handguard, anything other than a lower I get it. But op had to take delivery from an FFL, he gets to inspect it before the transfer. I want to be sympathetic but I just can't.
I had a problem with an order from JBO and they bent over backwards to help. Dunno this is a hard one, but could have been avoided by just not accepting the lower. |
