I will say there is one negative......
Their slogan isn't true....the whole "dun saved you money" yeah, when I constantly am buying stuff I don't need because it's so cheap you didn't "save me money"

Personally know an executive there and he is rock solid.
Also, i have ordered thousands of dollars worth of parts from them. The one time i had an issue with a part i bought from them, ended up being a manufacturer issue, but JBO worked very hard to get the issue corrected. Within days, i had a replacement part. |

I keep forgetting about them, as a result I haven't ordered from them before. However much like this thread has shown the majority of what I hear about them is positive.
That said, Joe Bob could've dun saved me $8-$10 on the three16 round XD mags I just ordered from PSA.  Looks like they're a couple dollars cheaper per mag and the shipping is a little less too. |

I haven't placed an order with them for a while but I have placed a number of orders with them and they are definitely GTG and shipping was always very fast.
They offer first responders/mil/veterans a 5% discount. Joe Bob done saved me some $ |

I purchased a gas block from them that was out of spec (gas tube would not fit into the block).
They did request that I send the old block first (I do believe they sent me a postpaid shipping label) but they did replace it in short order. |

Great company, their return policy is only store credit or 15% restocking fee, so keep that in mind.

Between the cost savings and shipping if you had ordered 4 mags it would've probably gotten to the famous Free Shipping level of JBO. I've got several mags and tools and things that were free, that I was paid money to get, or that I only paid a dollar or two for thanks to the free shipping deals from JBO and AIM |

I've been using them since they were known as "Joseph Roberts, Purveyors of Fine Weaponry". Their slogan then was " Thoust Hath Saveth Thee Many Shekels". The free codpieces weren't that good.

They ship fast but usually just dump everything in a poly padded mailer. Every single time things have arrived beat up, not even wrapped in paper, just dumped in a bag.

Imo the best deal they had was their adjustable gas blocks for $25. I bought 1 and it worked WAY better than I thought it would. Bought 4 more. After maybe a year I used them up and when I went to get more, they stopped making them.
