Won't happen. We are riding the thing all the way over the edge with big Right and big Left fighting at the helm. The rest of us are like passengers on the ship griping about the program selection.

You people tend to forget that there is alot of Dems fed up with thier Bullshit also.

I'm a retired Union IronWorker and I haven't voted for a Dem since Clintons first term.

After the Bullshit the Dems pulled in Nevada with thier Gun Control I am dropping the Democratic party like a Hot Potato. Fuck them pieces of shit.

The Repubs aren't high on my list either.

The Pepubs ran a School Teacher agains Harry Ried  and she made a descent showing but stupidity drooled out of her mouth everytime she said anything.
If that was the best the Repubs could come up with in Nevada then no wonder the Dems win all of the time.

I personnally am looking for a third party.

I am sick and tired of Voting for the lesser of two evils.

Unless you all want to see Hillary elected as President you better start backing Palin. The world will want a woman President just like they wanted a Black President for the United States.

If you want to vote the lesser of two evil you better vote your 2A rights above all else, because the politicians that don't give a shit about the Second Amendment don't give a Rat Shit about the rest of your rights either.

Why do you have to support anyone?  Support a candidate, not a party IMO.  The GOP is just the other side to a cheap coin.

Look at most of Europe and most of their 3+ parties of government and tell me how great that is.

I would fully support a conservative party. I like libertarians except for their "kumbaya" naive foreign policy - I can not be a part of that.

Problem is you  and other Americans haven't been paying attention for the last 100 years

The downfall of America did not just appear 5 years ago.

After the shit the Derpocrats have pulled from Obamacare to their push for gun control It's obvious that the left is out of control but the same thing could be said for the GOP with anti pro choice push etc etc. I don't like either of em and honestly the 08 election was the worst of two worlds. Obama - Socialist, Mccain - two faced weasel.
The truth is if a strong third party was formed with enough backing I believe they could take the White House (People of the Rand Paul, Ted Cruz mentality)

The Independents just never had the financial backing needed and short of the GOP becoming more open to social topics it will still continue to be these kind of presidential races.

I support the GOP because I have to.......They are the only thing stopping Obama's legacy but I really wish they would pull their heads out of their asses once in a while.

Well if you can stop any third party from being overrun by fruitbats.

Wish I wasn't paying attention.
The only thing that changed 5 years ago was a new asshole elected into office.  The machinery would be running the same with a different asshole.

The third party concept only helps Democrats.

They present a united front pushing a social agenda while we bicker over whether abortion should or shouldn't be legal for rape victims and when we disagree weak conservatives threaten to hand votes to democrats.

Look at us. We are a bunch of retards.

Palin goes from calling herself a Reagan conservative (not a Reagan Republican mind you) to threatening creating a third party in the same breath when a clear leader appeared in the Republican Primary. Never go full retard. She jumped in with both feet.

The Palin retards... The not-real conservatives... The idiots on our side will threaten to quit and create a third-party when the going gets hard...

What the retards and the idiots leave out of the equation was the recent gun vote in Colorado...

Straight-party R vs D.

And the Rs would have won if the third party Ron Paul Republicans hadnt split the vote in a handful of key races...

The third party concept only helps liberals.

Perot split the vote for the sole benefit of Clinton. Palin floated the idea right before the general for the sole benefit of Obama... And Ron Paul Republicans knew Democrats would be softer on drugs so they split a handful of key races in colorado (and we lost on guns but the Paul supporters got what they really wanted: drugs).

Splitting the party would be the best of all scenarios for Democrats...

Yep.

They might disagree on the method of pushing a social agenda... But when votes count, they square-off on the target together.

Us?

Rand Paul was presenting a united Republican front (along with Chaffetz, Lee and the rest of the Tea Party) when Palin bucked hard against the Tea Party and called for an easy-win for Obama by splitting the Republican Party.

It's amazing how the vote in Colorado was straight-party R vs D.

The party platforms are also "amazing" indicators... Ds call for more restrictions while the Rs defines the Second as a civil right.

Problem is that we've seen what happens with multiple parties in Europe and how they always have to compromise in the end anyways to form coalitions to get things passed.

What I think you really want is to abolish the Republican Party Northeast leadership.  The concentration of power and wealth in this nation comes from NYC.  Four out Five of the top donors to BOTH political parties are in Manhattan my friend.  So, you can have 20 PARTIES, but they're all going to have to kiss the rings of the fat cats in NYC and that means that on most substantive issues like trade, foreign policy, economics, and so forth there will not be a hill of beans difference between any of them.

All partys are fucking dickheads......

What we have now is going to fail.
Wish I knew a solution, but in the mean time, I will just keep my head out of the line of fire
and stay low profile.

Feel sorry for the generations to follow, they are fucked

Many of us 3rd partiers don't want a hard right party.

The problem is that we have a big government rightish party, and a big government leftish party. I don't care if it's left or right, I only care that it's small.

(you can try and argue that the hard "right" is a small government, but lets face it, that hasn't been the case for many decades)
A Big Government rightish party is a progressive party.  One side wants the government to rule your life one way, the other side wants the government to rule your life the other way.  I want a hard right party that advances the idea that the government that governs best is that which governs least.
