long story!
When I was 20, I heard about the Klinton law, and went to get a AR before they were banned. However, all the dealers were jacking up the prices, and I could not afford one. I was going to get one post ban, but I did not want altered one, nor could I find a left handed one. Then when SB23 passed in the PRK...that was it..could not get one. I am moving out of the worker's paradise next year-I am done cooking here and want to see more styles of cooking, and not pay the out of control living costs here. Once I get a few bills paid off, I am getting a left hand AR-15 and LOTS of mags once I get out of this overpriced state. |

I don't like the things, and the Army makes me carry one anyway.

I have 2-a Colt and a DPMS/Panther.
Neither were any pricier than a good hunting rifle. ($600-$700 range) Stow your excuses and buy one. (or two. Or BOTH) |

I don't have one because I am waiting for the HK (416) to come out, or least an upper. If I am going to throw down the money, I'm going to do it right.

I don't have one because the pawnbroker won't let me have it back until I pay hime the money he loaned me to pay the electric bill. Try to pawn a frankenFAL...hahahaha

I only have a stripped lower.
It was WAY too close to september when I bought the lower to build a post-ban. Figured I'd wait. Plus, I didn't have a chance to build my rifle until summer hit. And I try not to shoot rifles in the summer - Too hot outside. I'm a pistol guy in the summer, I can do that indoors.  Rest assured, however, there will be an AR built on the 14th.

I don't have "an" AR because one AR wouldn't do everything I want it to... Hell with 2 AR-10s, 2 AR-15s, and an AR-47 I still have to get a few more... I guess I need to finish the four 80% lowers I started a year ago  Now really, that many people here really don't own an AR of any type? As an aside, can someone post the values as I can't see the results without voting and I don't want to screw the results... Next time Aimless how about a N/A (IE I have ARs and want to see) value so we can watch? |
