BT,DT: Up and solidly awake at 3:30.
Visit to bathroom even though it wasn't needed.
Repeat again at 5:30 and 7:45 AM.

A short nap before going to work helped that day.

If I got a total of 6 hours of sleep that morning I'd be surprised.

A big part of the reason for the rise in diagnosis for things like anxiety and adhd is that they have gotten better at detecting and diagnosing it. adhd was extremely undiagnosed in girls for the longest time as they tend to be primarily inattentive presentation. They wont be the kid jumping up and disrupting the class, they'll be the kid lost in their own thoughts.
Autism is often blamed on things like vaccines and advocates for this are quick to point to the increase in autism cases and the increased use of vaccines. There used to be autism, asperger's and a couple other disorders that used to be considered separate however those are all now rolled into one blanket "autism spectrum disorder" catchall. Because of the broadening of the diagnosis criteria for ASD, it appears like there are more kids being affected by it when in reality the term autism is now used to cover a wider range than before.

Vitamin D, C, Zinc, or just lay out in the sun all day.  I know I felt better pretty quick after taking Hydroxychloroquine.

Why do you hate science??
Because I'm not a very settled person.

I'm curious if there's any correlation between number of shots kids are given and a rise in various issues.  Sort of like the sudden surge in peanut allergies.  I know, it's not causation.

When is a diagnosis so broad that half the population has something?  I guess it helps sell pills.

It definitely does for those who are having to function in a government school setting. For those on the milder end of the spectrum, alternative education settings and styles can be very helpful at achieving education goals without resorting to popping pills.

The brain is a very poorly understood organ, and there are as many different ways brains work as there are appearances, and that functionality can vary based on both genetics and environmental inputs (nutrition, nurturing, trauma, toxins, etc.) just like appearance. But everyone wants a quick fix , so pills it is!

I dont think they know what causes JRA yet and it seems like any suggestion of looking into the correlation between allergies/autoimmune issues and vaccines gets immediately grouped in with the tinfoil hat stuff.

Not much different than the horrible stigma attached (for decades) to mothers who chose to breastfeed over usin formula. Characterized as dirty, uneducated poors and science deniers who refused to do what was best and right for their babies because of some stupid hippy nonsense. Didn’t trust that science could make a superior baby food than dirty old nature.

There is a discussion to be had about overloading potentially hyperactive immune systems and what that does when activated by multiple immunizations in very short timeframes.

It’s why we are huge proponents of spreading them out over a much loner time period.

It wouldn't surprise me if that played a role in things like allergies or autoimmune issues.

Probably in the 60’s or 70’s when science was becoming the new religion
