If it is a fight you go into, you have to believe you will survive it, otherwise, you don't get into it. If you are forced by ambush or other factors, there are too many variables to guess the outcome.

That depends. Am I shooting against 3 gun competitors, airsoft/paintball kids with endless energy, or urban thugs with no training whatsoever? Do I have time to prepare?
After dark, with time to prepare against a single urban thug using the average of the kind of weapons police take off of urban thugs, and me having full access to my gear, I think I'd give myself close to 99% chance of prevailing. 15 years ago I'd give myself a 100% chance of prevailing. I'd give myself a 0% chance against multiple attackers waking me from a deep sleep. |

If it was 'gang bangers' I'd do well. A lot of woods and drainage ditches for cover on my property. Used to shoot in 3 gun matches with a co-worker and did well. |
