I had their employer info and SSN's too. But these properties don't necessarily attract the credit worthy people so I have to make judgment calls on that. Obviously I'm not very good at that though.  It's the nature of the business I guess. |

I'm part of 2 class action lawsuits right now... 1st is an airline... something dealing with fees. 2nd is the company that was managing mine and a lot of other people's 401k's...
I think if I'm on the winning side, I'll get a grand total of $4.22. I'll be sure to spend it on a cheeseburger somewhere and a diet coke. |
