I'm down around 85 lbs in the past 7 months.  Steadily losing around 1-2 lbs most weeks and still have a ways to go to get where I was when I got out of the Army.  It's amazing what changing your diet can do for you.  I pretty much eat a parfait from McDs for breakfast or a yogurt or 6 inch sub and then mostly salads or wraps from Subway or McDs for lunch and dinner every day since I drive a truck for a living and I'm limited where I can stop to eat.

Up five pounds or so. I'm indifferent on weight.  Though I've definitely gained some fat since I've been lifting heavy and eating a lot.  Not worried though, I can lose weight with ease when I want to.

Since you had to say it so many times...

I did an almost identical weight jump the past two years., 165-205.  Probably could've been done in a year and a half with more focus though.

Best part is, I'm not even trying.  Had the flu last week combined with a stress induced near mental breakdown.

Best diet program I've ever been on.  I highly recommend it.

Probably up a few.  I was sick for 2 weeks and couldn't go to the gym.
