ETA - Thanks  less than 24 hours. I'm lucky is didn't break my thumb in half. it feels like it bruised the bone, right at the first knuckle from the tip.

I'm entirely drunk right now. (I know that's a huge surprise to everyone)
This damned hot Irish bartender lady keeps pouring me shots of Jameson.  I literally can't say no.
I wandered into DC again tonight; I'm pretty sure that if I caught the rail back towards NY Ave as soon as I can, I might make it back to where I left my truck before the rail system shuts down at 0300. The real question is 'what would I do with a truck at this hour?' I certainly couldn't drive it! Pass out in the truck bed? Or the cab? Or something else (like maybe a nearby shrubbery)? Dammit, this is the best and worst night ever...

I absolutely will not be driving for at least a few hours. I've heard the thing about truck keys + me = drunkeness... So probably not that either.
I guess that leaves me with the shrubbery option. At least there's a fu king shovel in he truck bed, I can dig a decent ranger grave if I can actually find some real dirt in his damn city. Rarrrr!! Jameson!!!! |

Ok, so a cab finally stopped for me. I may just survive this ordeal tonight. No idea what I'll do when we get there, but I'm sure I'll figure it out.
Edit: I'm almost there. I had the cab drop me about 3/4 mile from my truck. I'm just gonna clip my keys to an exhaust hanger and curl up behind the seats. It's a regular cab- nobody'll be able to see inside anyway.. I guess this is goodnight. |

Got on a website last night & applied for 6 or 7 jobs, I might actually be gainfully employed soon. Spoke w/ the nice BATFE agent @ the gun show today (the once who promised to take my brick AR lower kit to Tech Branch himself) and he agreed that a letter to Tech Branch about the Lego air gun suppressor is the best route. In the meantime, don't possess Technic Bricks & .17" caliber firearms in the same location.

Sorry for my drunken shenanigans Friday night. I'm going to try to cut-down on drunken internet shenanigans in the future. I woke up at 0800, wedged behind the bucket seats, with the engine running and the heater on full-blast- still parked on O St NW, luckily. I don't feel good about myself in that regard.
