I'm pretty sure I have a mild concussion tonight.
One of the women from our office invited me to play Gaelic Football with her team today... which sounded fun, and it was fun, until I got kicked in the face by a large Irishman towards the end of the day. Now my head hurts and I'm kind of dizzy.

No, I was fortunate enough to keep my teeth. I got kicked squarely in the right orbit. Fortunately, I was wearing my sunglasses and so my eye still works. Eta: I am all bruised up and there's a cut on my cheek though.

Edit.. just realized that post was days ago. NC moves slow these days. lol It's impressive when you see 10K rounds rolled out in 3 boxes on a cart. It's out there - use SWIRE's app, hit a lot of WalMarts, and be persistent. That was my 5th WalMart in 3 counties in 2 days, and I was polite to the Sporting Goods clerk, who agreed to go check the lockup. I thought he'd bailed on me, but came back w/ 10K of .22" LR on his cart. |

Dentist tomorrow.
Really don't want to go. It's not that the work scares me - I've had more dental work done than most, and my dentist is really fantastic. Just anxious about any medical procedure anymore. I haven't had the best of luck health wise and I am... just tired.
