I'd like to up my score to 11/10 due to the ambiance factor.
Finland? I imagine a lot of birch trees. Sun long into the evening hours. Now that it's September, I imagine cool evenings, getting ready to turn much colder. Than I imagine all those words in finnish, and all those vowels that those words are spelled with (along with the occasional consonant).

Oh I like the close up of the Cognac pic. Also those are some beautiful steaks. Perfectly done on the inside, a nice char on the outside. Well done!

And my (dead) Finnish ancestors clap their approval (except maybe some of the more puritanical teetotaler types, but we can ignore them on this point)....
no smoked fish for you that night =) I didn't even know they had cows in Finland! And good job on not overcooking that nice looking meat. |

That steak is beautifully marbled. What country does your beef come from? But what's with the Russian Vodka? I thought it was part of Finnish culture to spit if Russia is even mentioned.
