I used to steal rookie's patrol cars. One of the old rookie cars would start without a key. I would slim Jim the car open and move the car like 2-3 car spaces all subtle like at first and then I'd build it up to down the street. So much fun.

Disregarding my disdain for these planking idiots in general, I just don't get the big deal with people carrying booze around. I mean, is society gonna fall apart if people drink outside? Because none of us enforced that BS at my old dept. in MS, and it's completely legal here, with the only stipulation being no glass containers between Esplanade and Canal, and N. Rampart and Decatur.

In my area its usually an issue that goes along with rowdy college parties Back when the drinking age was 18 you saw a lot of kids at the college bars who would flow out onto the street outside the bar and cause problems for passer-bys. So to keep them in the bars they passed an open container law that applied if you ere on the public street. I think the laws still on the books although the drinking age going to 21 pretty much wiped out the student bars. Now that cities LEOs are stuck enforcing dumb stuff like smoking on public streets |

Probably has absolutely no people skills. 2 will go a long way simply because he knows how to work people he comes into contact with, he probably is damn good at picking up info due to his glibness. number #3, liar, makes accusations that are so totally BS that he'll get enough complaints that it'll hinder his career.
