My current theory is that assuming he owns any of the company his "majority" share means he owns more than any other person. So if he owned 20% of the company and there were 8 other people with 10% each he might (wrongly) see himself as the majority shareholder. Assuming any of his BS is true, that would kind of match the talk and info we're hearing. |

| I looked through the AFMER data and didn't find any proof F&D shipped any firearms of any types prior to and including 2012. They may be operating under another name (LaRue, for instance, shows up as Austin Precision) or I may have missed it - it was late and my eyeballs were not calibrated. |
