When we used to visit Grandma & Grandpa on the farm we would have scrambled duck eggs for breakfast. Damn they were good.

I have two Pekin females, eggs are huge but kind of sulfur/dirt after taste.
Healthy Rhode Island Red chickens make the best egg IMO. |

We have chickens and ducks at the house. Wife gets a premium for duck eggs.

If cholesterol is of any concern I think duck eggs are best avoided.

Hmm.
