Fedex has had mine out for delivery all day, now the tracking shows pending-no scheduled delivery date.
Hopefully it will just sit on the truck until Monday. |

Quoted: I'm in the process with trying various firearms in it. So far it's not very giving, as it's strictly designed to fit M16A2 rifles very snugly so they don't wiggle around. What doesn't fit so far: A4 clone with ACOG (optic too bulky) 723 carbine (surprised this didn't fit - it's too short) Mini-14 (stock too wide) Remington 870 20" with full magazine tube (barrel too thick/mag tube in the way) Mossberg 590 20" with full magazine tube (barrel too thick/mag tube in the way) G3 rifle (too wide/bulky and too long) What does fit so far: A1 A2 M1 Carbine w/magazine Winchester 94 .30-30 Savage 64 .22LR with magazine removed - I have a bunch of others I need to test yet. https://www.ar15.com/media/mediaFiles/419235/case01_jpg-2495448.JPG View Quote Good info |

If anyone a few hours from Houston doesn't want theirs please let me know!

Quoted: No problem. Yikes, that's pretty steep shipping. View Quote The one I ordered from Ebay(mentioned earlier in this thread- now sold out)was priced at $207. Later the price went up to $224. The selling point was free shipping There are others on Ebay with additional shipping cost up to $200. |

I was messing around with mine some more. I just noticed the slots to hold USGI mags.
Attached File I also tried some more guns. AKs are a no-go, as are old-school Galils, MP5, Mosin-Nagant (M38/M44), SKS, 16" ARs with M4 handguards (handguards are too fat) or with barrel lengths short enough to where the muzzle device falls where the barrel slot is, and anything with an optic. The limiting factor is the plastic and metal piece that goes over the middle of the firearms to hold them and lock them. It could be easily modified to to fit many guns, however. Locking is done via a padlock through the metal bars attached to the center plastic piece. You could also secure the case itself to something solid with a bike lock through the handles so it can't be hauled away. Attached File |

14BoltFF - keep us updated with other fitment issues you find. Really appreciate the info so far.
Looks like that M1 carbine fits perfectly! |

If anybody is in the Capital Region of NY you can buy mine, otherwise it is being refused at delivery tomorrow,

Watched the fedex guy deliver mine on the ring. I’m at work now, can’t wait to check it out.

Quoted: I have played with the idea of one several times but never pulled the trigger. At that price I probably wouldn’t have been able to resist so glad they sold out I have an M12 and then realized it didn’t work for stuff with optics and stuff. Ended up having to build enough retro stuff to fill it. https://www.ar15.com/media/mediaFiles/164962/BED59341-0EE5-4823-AABD-6B4CCBE29A99_jpe-2492637.JPG Then I bought a couple of these that work well for optioned ARs as well as other stuff. You can bolt them together as well as to the wall. View Quote @Banshee35 could you post or message me some pics of those Colman racks in use? I think they might fit my need perfectly. Thanks! |

Beamy should have bought one for all his 20in ARs. Especially if it was marked USAF.

Fill it with air soft guns, put it on the floor open like that, cover with a glass top. Coolest coffee table ever.

View Quote I'm 6'5", it's big enough to be awkward for me to move around. |

First one I opened was filled with a dozen rifle slings, haven't opened the second one. Was really hoping I could fit some other guns in it, but have struck out on fitting fal, ak, sks, shotgun, mini 14. I should have tried fitting a ruger 10/22 because I have several of those. Sad that they really aren't designed for any type of optic, that really limited me when I impulse bought them.

Anybody local to Memphis can have it for what I paid. It has one broken latch.

Quoted: The cases do not allow an optic to be fitted onto the weapon. In addition when full they are heavy as shit, huge, awkward, and a general pain in the ass. However for $105 that is a steal, they are fantastically well built. View Quote if you are going to stuff 12 AR's in a box that's what you are going to get 105$ is a steal |

IF they dump it on you AND the one I'm getting off of Ebay(tentative Monday delivery) fits my needs, I could probably use it. FYI, back in stock. Were 4 left...and I just bought 1 so 3 now (unless they're gone too)

Does Hardigg make a modern version the military uses with modern rifles?
|
|
And just an FYI for anyone considering stuffing it with airsoft M16s, you're still looking at $50 a pop for a cheap M16 springer from Amazon

Quoted: Does Hardigg make a modern version the military uses with modern rifles? View Quote Yes, in fact, the pic of the case loaded with airsoft guns is the newer version which appears much more versatile. Unless there were newer versions in the mix, the pic was misleading. The one I got is the older one made for M16A2 rifles only. |

Got mine today. Better condition than I expected. Won’t really hold anything but M16 or M4’s without optics or lights. I guess I’ll just have to build a half dozen each to fill it up.

I got the one I bought from eBay today.
No broken latches and very little wear on the outside. The inside looks brand new. |
