He was a nice guy, used to have a spot at DragonCon where he'd hang out and tell stories about shenanigans on the sets. Had knee surgery a few years ago so he could play the part one last time in The Force Awakens.

Peter was scheduled to make an appearance at FanExpo in Dallas this past weekend, they converted his booth to a memorial for him.
