FWIW, some of this idiocy is good for CA. My brother has been a democrat his whole life. We've had many political stand-off's. He's starting to turn around.

I was a Democrat from 1976 to 1994. I quit then because of gun rights, dats encryption, and other libertarian vs. authoritarian issues.
I could see that the party was moving to the left, but I didn't think it would go full stupid left like it has. Mark my words, they will lose members because of this endorsement. De Leon will not win in November, and I doubt that DiFi has the energy to survive another six-year term. |

People talk about Republican's demographic problem, but I said long ago here that Identity Politics was the Democrats biggest demographic problem. A teetering alliance of aggrieved groups all vying for power and influence.
