Same..still 83%, but the No went up by about 200 or so votes.


Reading the story, I think that it is a bunch of BS.  This kind of ruling will set precident.... bascially starting on how the citizens should store things.  First it will be guns, next it will be how you set up your office so you can't hurt yourself.

What?  The distributor should provide?!  Not the manufacturer?  What does the jury know!?  Are they people in the firearms industry or users?  This case seems it was stacked against the "gun side" on the start.

I don't mean to flame and if I have offened any women on this board, I am sorry.  But it is like having a court case in the 1960's of a black person w/ white guys on the jury...... (only example I can think of).
