Were you in Miami recently?
I had the cops check out a guy outside our hotel using a VERY similar rig to snap pictures of a hotel room... from outside the window. I assumed he was a paparazzi and someone famous was in the hotel (downtown Miami). The guy was fast. He deployed from a large pack and shot up to the altitude he wanted, lot's of flashes that reflected on the windows, and dropped back to the ground in under two minutes. Not sure he got anything worthwhile since the flash from the windows had to be brutal. I was impressed enough I let the cops by the valet know.  |

Shooting some Rally Cross stuff on November 2nd. I hope to bump up the frames per second to get some good slow motion stuff. There is another rocket launch in November too. Hope to make that too then I think I am down for most of the rest of winter up here.
