As for how it was contracted, the last time it happened was from a performer's activities outside porn. Actress got it from fucking her boyfriend, as I recall. Back then there was a lab/service run by a former porn queen that did STD testing/monitoring. It was funded by the studios and would test every month, or possibly week?
