They will have spice levels.. usually "none" thru 3 or 5 with that top one being "thai hot", then there are usually 2-3 unlisted spice levels. Have fun with that. None or zero, the dish will actually be slightly sweet and it is delicious! I usually get one below thai hot, sometimes i get thai hot. Ive gone above a few times just to see, eyes watered, head sweated. The Thai curry's are dang good too. |

It's all good done right. Mexican, Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai, Italian, Mediterranean in general, Indian, paki, on and on. Colder climates tend to be last tasty imo. See Canada, Scandinavia, Russia, etc.
