It looks like interfax is about a half-step away from being Russian state media. It fits their MO, though. Whether this information is true or not, each side will raise a hue and cry about "fake news", "Russian propaganda", "Biden is corrupt", "no, Trump is the corrupt one", etc. It's spaced out from the election, so it won't be a killer, it'll just be a wedge issue that will divide the electorate over a period of months.
It's probably true, but Russia isn't trying to release this information to promote American interests, I suspect it is the opposite. |

I tried to watch the whole thing, will try to finish it tomorrow.
BUT one striking thing I've found is that if you listen to those phone calls from 4 short years ago, Joe Biden actually sounds like he has his facilities. I told my wife I can't even imagine him being able to read back some of those sentences today much less speak them relatively clearly off the cuff. |
