She hedged her bets on Clinton winning. Now she’s had to white knuckle trying to survive the last four years. That must have sucked. She’s doing the bench no favors by being there in her state, regardless of political slant. If she respected the court as much as her politics, she’d have stepped down years ago.

She has to be so well pickled by chemo over all these years that they won't need to embalm her.

It would be interesting to know what the fair market value of her medical care (preventative and treatments) are to date.

My bet is that the liver cancer is mets from the pancreatic cancer. That's what killed my father 7 years ago.
Gemcitabine is also used as a primary chemo agent against pancreatic cancer, though it has activity on liver cancer too. I bet her liver cancer isnt a primary tumor. If I remember correctly, its one of the less hard-core chemos for that kind of cancer you can take. Its not surprising that this is what she is on since this is likely not curable and at her advanced age and condition she couldn't take the rougher stuff. At a bi weekly frequency this treatment appears to be intended as palliative and life-extending not curative. At some point the cancer won't respond to it anymore and then its likely the end. |

First, fuck cancer, regardless.
Second, with our luck she'll probably cork off about 3 weeks ahead of the election, providing the dems with a rallying cry for the election that will help biden win the big chair and hand the dems control of the senate. |

I feel kinda bad because when i read the news I think about how much shit her death will stir up. And fuck Roberts in the cunt, love to see a real conservative join. |

I don't want to wish death on any one, however at this point she is just a clump of cells and not a human.

For God's Sake! Just fucking retire already!!!
Now she's just being a shithead about it. |

Say she does die. What are the odds nobody notices except the cleaning lady who has one more object to dust before going home on a lazy Friday afternoon?

Fuck cancer but hope her last moments on earth are regretting her stance on the genocide of the unborn.

Prayers going out to RBG and family for comfort in this time. No matter how much I disagree with her, no reason to wish ill upon her.

Imagine being so politically bitter you would rather die on the bench then have Trump name a sucessor.

I think she is setting up for a retirement soon, knowing Trump doesn't have time to replace her and providing a bolster to get Sleepy Joe elected.

She is 87yo, she's hanging on solely for political reasons. I'm gonna laugh when she's one day responsible for a Constitutional Amendment putting age/length of service restrictions on the federal judiciary.
