Matter of fact, consider it his automatic third offense should he be caught breaking any other laws while repaying the debt. And provide hard labor at the federal minimum wage rate, 8 hrs a day, 5 days a week, for those in prison. Earn your cost of incarceration, should you not be able to hold a legal means of paying off your debt. Owe more than just your incarceration? Work 12 hrs, 365 days, in there. Then let his dumbass jump off. If he dies with no assets to offset his cost, sell his parachute and call it a day. I'll cover the loss in my tax payments. Lord knows I pay enough other dumbasses in the government to do even less. |

Got a buddy that did almost a decade at Zion and we talked about plenty of them that he was on in the local area. |

To the extent that it doesn't materially interfere with the ability for others to enjoy the park, I have no problem with it. However, places like canyon, proper, and El Cap, etc, it would just be never ending stream of parachutes, so if it were ever allowed, it would need to be regulated. Heavily. |
