Yeti's time in the spotlight is almost up. There's competition in the high end cooler market now and I suspect we'll see more and more less expensive options in the near future.

By going after them with lawsuits, it's going to put in a lot of peoples' mind that the OT gear is the same as Yeti. If it was an ineffective knockoff, Yeti wouldn't bother.
