Downtown Portland yesterday.  Anyone who says downtown is back to normal is a liar. A few blocks away is normal though.  Normal homeless tents and graffiti.

what happened was they then made an arrest of a guy that was on a segway, they then began an organized retreated back to the facility. the antifa started to aggressively get close to the leo as they retreated, so they began to respond with pepper balls shot at the ground
