Five box would be awesome.  The Sportsman's Warehouse here has a two box limit per day, 1 lb powder, and a 1000 primers.  Pretty sure the Primers will be getting knocked down to 200 per day.

So let me understand this. Years ago everybody was pissed about neckbeards buying Walmart 22 and selling it for a 100 a box. The entire purpose of a 5 box limit is to stop gouging and neck beards and you are pissed? Ok bring back the neck breads.

My local cabelas had 150rd packs of M855 for $75 today.
