I'm not one to normally want to spread around bullshit lawsuits and mis-directed responsibility, but Personally, I think the 911 Operator that hung up AND the one that responded that no units are available need to be taken to the hospital and wait hand and foot on that little girl!!!  If i ever call 911 in a life-or-death situation and get hung up on AND told there is no help available.....oh.....cripes.
