Nearing the end of day three - patch still working great! No cravings, just have to get out of the habit of lighting up. Started a new bag of lemon drops today.

Good going. Hope to call you the Lemon Drop Kid someday.
I quit about 6 years ago. Not even a puff since. I have thought about a cigar occasionally but I just like the idea of being a non-smoker now too much.....not to mention the $1000 savings per year. |

After only three days, I can already smell stuff that I haven't been able to smell in probably 15 years! Not all of it is good though...

 Don't go back now. I used the patch back in 95 and read Charles Stanley's book on Temptation. Worked for me and haven’t had one since then and I smoked since I was about twelve. Do whatever it takes!
