Blacks are called "abid" in Libya;it means slave. Regardless of Ghadaffi's attempt to be the leader of the African continent,Libyans Arabs and Berbers very much dislike Subsaharans,even though there really weren't that many of them in Libya prior to his overthrow. This is why Arabs and Berbers have zero problem selling black Africans into literal slavery or taking every last penny from them to put em on a Chinese raft.

I've heard the term "Abeed" used by arabs to describe blacks multiple times. The literal translation is "slave." It's the Arabic equivalent of the "N-word"
