Wow, a real-life 21 foot rule demonstration video. Dude still nearly reached the cop and was only stopped with final CNS shot. Problem? I'd say a brain-bucket hit did the trick... the brain is part of the CNS, right? |
Reminds me of the cape buffalo charges when the PH drops a buff at his feet. |
Problem solved......
Too bad mental illness is allowed to go untreated by society at large. The previous method was un-glamorous, the alternative is worse. |
That was the stupidest fucking game I've seen played. With a prize commensurate.
Sorry for the officer. |
Bad shoot. Unfair fight.
Cop should have pulled his own knife or at the most his own sword. |
Well, he did comply with their orders to drop the knife.
Just 6 shots too late. At exactly 1:03, you get to see the pink mist of his brain vacating its vault. |
Looks like he forgot his 5 "D's"- dodge, duck, dip, dive and dodge!
Sucide by cop , asshole.
Sucks to both parties in tha dance off. In the end there can be only one. |
Pretty good. Could have used some shotgun and maybe a bit of Claymore though.
Why did the cop have to shoot him so many times?
Oh wait............there was video. |
His body language says his only intention was suicide by cop. Coming in low and swift would have meant business.

Wow, a real-life 21 foot rule demonstration video. Dude still nearly reached the cop and was only stopped with final CNS shot. And that was a lot more than 21 ft. 21 foot rule is way out of date. It's in the 30s. Good to know Was going to post this, it's being called the "30 foot rule" now. Don't know that it's gotten higher than that. I can't remember where I got that information, but it came out in an LE training bulletin at least a couple years ago. |

Was the bad guy trying to reenact the last scene from "The Last Samurai"?
Too much MSG in his diet. |

In before an ARFCOMMER *seriously* advocates something other than injecting this criminal with anything other than lead.
EDIT! Hahahahaha! I literally got in just before that walking embodiment of the ARFCOM collective slinks out and says something. Just check the post beneath mine! Pure comedy gold! |

View Quote Wow, much better angles, especially at 1:03. I think the officer was putting rounds in him while he was in the air there at the end. That dude looked like the epitome of unhinged with the way he was flailing with that knife. |

about 1 second of "oh shit, he is charging me" before the officer opened fire.

A few notes. The BG covered half the distance to the first officer before the first shot was fired. He covered the full distance to the officer in 2.5 seconds. He was finally incapacitated less than 2 feet from the officer. Started charging: http://i1123.photobucket.com/albums/l543/bobjonesar15/Capture1_zpsqbyprrur.png First shot fired: http://i1123.photobucket.com/albums/l543/bobjonesar15/Capture2_zpsamhkqbbq.png Stopping shot fired: http://i1123.photobucket.com/albums/l543/bobjonesar15/Capture3_zpskttevykn.png That, ladies, is fucking scary. OODA is a real thing. What happens if those few shots he got off didn't stop the BG? Yea. Fuck. View Quote Years ago, when revolvers ruled, one of the APD motor guys had the same situation. He fired his 6th round at contact, all were lethal shots. There just isn't TIME. |

Isn't the OP the guy who gets off on death videos? I enjoy watching deserving criminals get hosed, but nobody's getting chubbed up over it. I don't understand the claim myself. Death videos get posted here all the time. Somehow, when a cop is involved they think it's sick. That's taking cop hate just a bit too far IMO. |
